Submitting Your Artwork

1) Please read the terms and conditions at our art show website:  https://tumutart.g247.com.au/terms-and-conditions

2) Go into gallery 247 and check or create your profile https://www.gallery247.com.au/login

3) Add a photograph and the information about your Artwork to your profile

4) Choose an Art show

5) Select the artwork you wish to enter, maximum 5 entries

6) Choose your category: 

• Physical

• Physical and virtual

• Virtual only

7) Choose your section: 1-9 for the physical show, remember only 2 artworks in any section. Textile artists may enter up to 5 artworks.

8) Hit green button to submit artworks now

9) Checkout – confirm artwork submission

Please note that your artwork will not have been submitted until the checkout is complete.

10) You will receive an acceptance letter from Tumut Art Society confirming your entries

About the Annual Tumut Art Show

Entries for the 2025 show open in February.

The Annual Tumut Art Show, held over the Easter holidays, is one of the longest-running exhibitions in regional New South Wales and attracts accomplished artists and art enthusiasts from all over Australia.

There is $15,000 in prize money available, including the $5000 Acquisitive Prize. Entries for the Annual Tumut Art Show typically close in early March and include the following award categories:

1. Open
2. Local Scene – identifiable by title
3. Oils
4. Watercolours / Ink & Wash
5. Acrylics
6. Pastels
7. Works on Paper
8. Textile Art
9. Small Painting
